What happens if my appliance can’t be repaired?
If it’s beyond economic repair and you buy a replacement through us, we’ll deduct the original call-out fee from the cost of the new appliance and installation.
Can you install new ovens or cooktops I’ve purchased elsewhere?
Will I get a Certificate of Compliance?
Absolutely. All installations are completed by licensed electricians or gas fitters, and include a Certificate of Compliance.
